About Me

Hello,
    My name is Nathan and I'm the proud owner of Jourdain's Benchtop Creations.  I started my business out of a love for making pens, pencils, and razors out of exotic woods and custom acrylics.

    I am currently 19 years old and I live at home with my parents, two sisters, and my best friend Shasta, who is my Labrador Retriever.  My family and I like to do various different activities.  We love to spend our time outdoors whether that may be hiking or spending our time at the lake boating and swimming.

    I became interested in the art of making pens, pencils, and razors in my seventh grade woodworking class.  There I was taught the basics of making a pen with my teacher Mr. Fredette.  Once he taught me how to make a pen, I became hooked.  I have been perfecting my art of making handcrafted custom pens ever since.  

    Outside of my business I love to play golf and I'm a big fan of Nascar.  I absolutely love the thrill that Nascar has to offer with the squeeze plays that the Nascar drivers do almost causing a big wreck at over two-hundred mph.
